I guess some things I'll just never understand and this will be one of them. Just about any Mac built in the last 5 years would be faster than this emulator and they could no doubt dish out the couple hundred dollars to purchase a used one. They will say they don't have enough money but I don't buy the argument. But somehow they would feel ashamed by dishing out the money for an actual Apple. I mean what sort of sadistic person, when faced with $650 iBook G3s and last-gen eMacs will put up with slow-as-mollases PPC emulator? It's as if they want to run Panther so badly they will run the emulator and put up with its abysmal performance. I really pity the value system of some of these 'x86 users' who are jumping on board this just to run Panther on their PC.
